The goal of measuring beneficiary satisfaction:

The Center for Modern Computers at King Saud University Follow-up and measure the quality of e-learning in the center Which collects the opinions and comments of the beneficiaries to develop the content of e-learning.

By analyzing the results of the application of questionnaires prepared for this purpose, and these questionnaires are represented in several axes basic reached to it by reviewing many sources to come up with a framework that includes the various aspects of beneficiary satisfaction, which are as follows:

Focus of use

User experience of e-training systems in the center in terms of accessibility This axis is concerned with the impressions that describe And ease of dealing.

The focus of effectiveness:

This axis is concerned with identifying the beneficiaries' opinions on the pros and cons of providing educational content through training systems ‬ e-mail, as well as the obstacles that prevent the maximum benefit from this content, and what are the opinions and suggestions to overcome it.

Axis of trust

This axis deals with identifying the views of the beneficiary regarding the accuracy and reliability of the data and the content provided Availability of attractions Attention of the beneficiary and its integration into the learning environment.

Awareness axis

This axis is concerned with identifying the beneficiary's impressions about the media and raising awareness of the technical, technical and academic support services provided As well as ways and mechanisms to benefit from it.

Time of application of the measuring instrument:

The questionnaire is sent before the end of the course, and the trainees' responses are received until the time the certificate is issued ‬
