Attendance policy
Electronic attendance is one of the most important keys to the learner's success through e-learning and distance education, and in this regard, simultaneous electronic attendance refers to the virtual presence of the trainee connected to the Internet on the learning portal or virtual classroom through a computer or mobile device, and to decide whether the student is present in real time, whether through the full e-learning pattern or the blended mode.
The most important policies of electronic attendance:
1- Virtual attendance is equivalent to regular attendance.
2- The trainee is obligated to attend at least 15% as a minimum of the number of lectures allocated for each program for a period of more than a month, whether the attendance is synchronous or asynchronous.
3- The trainee is obligated to participate in the activities in the electronic course at the times announced by the trainer.
4- The standards of attendance and deprivation followed by the center shall be applied in electronic programs.
5- The trainee is committed to the right behaviour during the electronic programs.
6- The trainee in the virtual classroom is obligated to attend the full program throughout the announced period.
7- The trainer clarifies the dates and numbers of virtual lectures for the program in his part in the system with determining the rules governing attendance and the required attendance percentage.
8- The trainee is obligated to participate in the virtual class with the trainer as if he were in attendance.
